Orso's Ragu Bolognese has been on the menu since day one, and has been our best selling pasta sauce the entire time. Bone marrow, brown butter, and rendered pancetta form the base that the rest of the sauce rests on. Caramelized hand chopped pork shoulder adds to the layers of flavor, alongside seared beef chuck, finely diced fresh vegetables and herbs, with just the right amount of tomato.
We simmer our bolognese sauce all day until it reaches the perfect consistency - then jar it, freeze it to preserve its freshness, and deliver it to your door.
